Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
Yes. We ask for card details up front so the switch to paid is seamless, but you won't be charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time inside the portal.
Can I migrate from Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, WHMCS, Intercom, HelpScout or HubSpot?+
Yes — we import open and closed tickets, contacts and contracts via CSV. We do the migration call for free. See the Migrate page for the details.
Is there a per-feature add-on fee like Intercom or Zendesk?+
No. Tickets, contracts, SLAs and team chat are all included on every tier. AI usage is the only thing metered on Starter — Team and Business are unlimited.
